All Ryan King (Matthew Perry) wants is for life to return to normal after his wife's sudden death. But before his boss allows him to return to work, the sports-talk radio host is ordered to attend grief counseling -- where he finds himself amid a kooky cast of characters all dealing with their own loss. While Perry's post-Friends TV comebacks have foundered in the past, this surprisingly heartwarming comedy series (getting a special preview before airing this fall) could go on and on. -- TV review by Karen Aanonsen
