If there's one pregnant Hollywood starlet who doesn't mind showing off her baby bump, it's Tori Spelling.
But after photos surfaced of the actress proudly showing off her bump in a bikini and monokini a few months ago, many people judged her for doing so -- and now the 39-year-old is fighting back!
"I'm super-proud of my bump," she writes in a new blog entry on her website ediTORIal. "Why should I be embarrassed and cover up something that's the greatest gift a woman can experience? A pregnant woman in any shape or size is beautiful!"
"Pregnancy is an amazing journey and we preggers should be able to show it off," she continues. "I call it BUMP PROUD! Embrace your growing curves and burgeoning belly."
Tori, who has three children, son Liam, 5, and daughters Stella, 4, and 11-month old Hattie, with hubby Dean McDermott, says it's a perfect way to set a positive body image to her young girls.
"I'm making a conscious choice to show my daughters that they can express themselves and be proud as a woman of their bodies," she says. "I don't ever want them to think that they should be ashamed of or self-conscious of their bodies, no matter what shape it's in."
Tori and Dean, who got married in May 2006, are expecting their fourth child in September -- and as she told Life & Style in April, it doesn't look like they have plans to stop adding to their brood anytime soon!
"I'm never as happy as when I'm pregnant," she told Life & Style, adding, "I literally would have 10 [babies] if I could!"
We think you look fabulous, Tori!
