Is there a
wedding in the works for
Ryan Seacrest and
Julianne Hough? Seems like there could be sooner than later!
During his appearance on
Chelsea Lately this week, the
American Idol host gushed about his nearly three-year relationship with the actress.
"She's so beautiful. She's stunning," he said when host
Chelsea Handler showed a picture of the duo on screen. "She is phenomenal. She is the best part of everyday."
And in typical Chelsea fashion, she got right down to the nitty-gritty.
"So she's 25 [note: she's actually 24] and I know you talked to me about this before, you said, 'I don't know, she might be too young' but I know that you want to get married and have a family," she said to the 38-year-old media mogul.
His response? "We both do, yeah. She'll be the first to know!"
And
Julianne Hough definitely adores her guy. Last week, she told
Life & Style all about how they make it work.
"We work hard, and it's why we're attracted to each other," she said. "We both are attracted to drive, ambition and success — depending on what you think success is."
Though the pair began dating in April 2010, they first met in 2007. Julianne and Ryan's shows
Dancing With the Stars and
American Idol, respectively, were filmed in adjacent studio locations.
At first, the blonde beauty wasn't so sure about dating him.
"I was reluctant because he is such an influential guy, and what if it didn't work out?" she said. "Our first date, I was so nervous that I just sat there and interviewed him with questions like, 'Are you loyal?' and 'Are you close to your family?'"
