It's party time!  Terra hit the launch party for CNN Latino in L.A. and there were a ton of celebs there.  Here's Kate del Castillo alongside Luis Miguel's daughter, Michelle Salas.

Emmy Award-winning journalist, Elizabeth Espinosa, will be hosting 'Sin Limites' on CNN Latino's new L.A.-area channel, KBEH-63.
