"(Early) Happy Birthday to me! And baby makes 3!" Melissa tweeted along with the pic (SEE BELOW).
The photo also featured her husband, Mark Wilkerson, and sons Mason and Braydon.
Hart and Wilkerson have been married since 2003, reports Entertainment Weekly. The Melissa and Joey star is celebrating her 36th birthday, today (April 18, 2012).
