Turns out her new publicists, Rogers & Cowan, feel it would be a mistake for Lindsay to be grilled by the broadcast legend, especially after producers made it clear they wanted the actress to talk about her personal life, reports TMZ.
Apparently Walters wanted to discuss allegations that Lohan lied to police about a June car crash on California’s Pacific Coast Highway. LiLo’s PR team is reportedly afraid she’ll say something that will screw her case.
According to TMZ, the interview was supposed to focus originally on Lindsay’s new movie, Liz & Dick.
Sources say Lohan feels terrible for canceling on Babs and wants to reschedule a one-on-one when the time is right.
