The troubled actress has had a busy week, she celebrated her 26th birthday on July and also wrapped on the Lifetime film Liz & Dick.
"Thank you all for the birthday wishes! Also- that's a wrap on "Liz & dick"- thank you to all my fans, crew members, friends & lifetime!," Lindsay tweeted on the social network.
