In the hilarious video, Kat jokes around about "terrible testicles." Proceeds from the sale of I Hate Balls merchandise will benefit the Jason Debus Heigl Foundation-named after the actress' brother-which advocates against animal cruelty.
According to the foundation's website, more than 5 million pets are killed in U.S. shelters, every year. Spay/neuter would be the most effective way to eliminate the euthanizing of stray animals who overcrowd shelters, states the site.
