Cameras captured Jenni Rivera as she was leaving the awards ceremony and retaliated against Angel Del Villar, who is apparently associated with regional Mexican music company, Del Records, and is reportedly her daughter Chiquis’ boyfriend.
According to Univision gossip show, El Gordo y la Flaca, Jenni hadn’t even said anything to Del Villar when he started calling her “fat,” “pig” and “dirty.”
“Say it in my [expletive] face,” Jenni yelled at the man as a swarm of media and bodyguards surrounded her as she was entering a vehicle.
La Diva de la Banda then took to Twitter today where she congratulated Del Records for its many wins at the awards show, despite it being a small company, according to her.

But then she called him out for insulting her in front of his bodyguards.
“You looked SO manly...when a woman like myself is offended, she could care less about being an artist or what people have to say. At that moment, I’m the dignified woman who’s going to tell you what you are, in your face. [Que HOMBRE te viste. De donde yo soy..a eso se le llaman MARICONADAS. A una mujer como yo, al momento de una ofensa, le vale ser la artista y el que diran. En ese momento soy la mujer con dignidad que te va decir en tu cara lo que eres.]”
