According to TMZ.com, the ex-NFL athlete is suing two websites that posted footage of his XXX video.
WorldStarHipHop and Media Takeout have been slapped with suits claiming the footage was posted without Johnson’s consent. He is seeking unspecified damages and wants a court order to block the sites from ever posting the footage again.
Both sites removed the footage last Thursday after receiving a cease-and-desist letter from Chad, reports TMZ.
In the video, Chad is reportedly having sex with a tattooed woman.
