Foto: Getty ImagesTV chef, Cat Cora, has cooked up a whole lotta trouble for herself. Turns out the she was arrested for DUI on June 17, 2012 after rear-ending a vehicle in Santa Barbara, California. The Around the World In 80 Plates star was reportedly leaving a tavern that day. She has since been released.
The 45-year-old personality is to be arraigned on July 26 for one count of DUI and one count of driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or higher, reports People Magazine. Police say Cat registered twice the legal limit on her breath test.
"I deeply regret my decision to drive that evening after my designated driver became unavailable…I learned a very important lesson from this experience and take full accountability for my actions. This will never happen again," Cora said in a statement.
Interestingly enough her mug shot was taken 11 days after her arrest. Apparently Cat had to return to the police station to take the pic because it wasn’t taken the first time around. Cat-being quite the sly woman of course-looked sober and well-coiffed in her mug shot.
