The Two and a Half Men star filed the papers at the Los Angeles Superior Court, according to People. The cause of the divorce is the infamous "irreconcilable differences" and the actor is not seeking any spousal support nor asking the court to deny Moore any.
Demi and Ashton announced their separation back in November 2011. Recently it has been reported that Ashton is dating his That 70s Show co-star Mila Kunis.
